LESTER & CORA FISHER | Administrator/ Mentor for single guys
Having a heart for ministry, Lester & Cora have made Pilgrim Hills their home. Lester is our Single Guy’s mentor, and it is his heart’s desire to help guys find their identity in Christ as well as helping them become free from bondages.
Together, Lester & Cora also take care of the property and do a wonderful job to keep everything running.
Lester enjoys hunting, fishing, playing the mandolin, or woodcrafting, and can usually be found doing any one of those when time allows it.
Cora is a wonderful cook, and has put together many a wonderful dish for people to enjoy. She has a heart for ministry as well and enjoys hearing people’s stories and lifting them up to “the One” who carries all our burdens. She leads a bible study for ladies of all ages to get together and enjoy the word of God. When she’s not doing any of these things, she can be found cleaning and cozying up our cabins for guests to enjoy their stay here. Above all her many roles, her family is the apple of her eye and she enjoys her role of mother and grandmother to the fullest.
NORMAN & MARY YODER |Mentors for Couples
After receiving help from multiple different ministries, Norman and Mary have stepped out and opened their heart to helping other couples, listening to their stories, and gently shepherding them towards truth and freedom in Jesus Christ, as they have received themselves. Their passion is helping others find freedom in Jesus and a purpose in life.
They live on the premises as well, and help with the upkeep of the property.
Mary enjoys nature, gardening, birds, and spending time outdoors, besides
spending time with her family and grandkids. Her home is usually a rainbow of color year-round. She also enjoys hosting the ladies’ retreat, Transforming Stories.
While Norman is also a nature lover at heart and enjoys hunting, his passion is fishing. He loves spending time on the water, whether it is boating, swimming, or fishing. Camping is something they both find enjoyable as well. Between ministry, nature, and their wonderful family, they can usually find something to occupy their time with.

With a love for people and a desire to see lives changed for Jesus, Christina will take your phone calls, schedule appointments, return your emails, process donations, and yes, take care of those balances due. She makes it a priority to handle all information with confidentiality, and wants you to have the best experience possible.
She enjoys music, reading, coffee, sewing for others, jogging, the outdoors, great conversations with friends, and learning more about Jesus every day.
